Tracy has presented to over 30,000 people during the past 20 years. He brings a wealth of expertise to designing, developing and curating key learning experiences for companies around the globe. He is best known for his areas of depth which include, but certainly not limited to, Inclusion and the Neuroscience of Bias, Authentic Leadership, Executive Presence, Coaching, Influencing, Situational Leadership, Change Management, and Dynamic Teaming.

Tracy has worked with numerous Fortune 500 clients such as General Electric, Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Barclays, Synchrony Financial, Raytheon, Pfizer, NBC Universal, British Petroleum (BP), Freddie Mac, Dell, M&T Bank, Intuit, Symantec, DuPont, Altera and many others.

Tracy’s journey began in the financial services industry more than 35 years ago, where he successfully led many teams to high business performance through active employee development. “I really didn’t know much about what I was doing back then, but I knew that ensuring team members had the capabilities to be successful for themselves first, would then translate to better business outcomes … and it worked!” It then became clear that his finance and accounting background, although important, was not going to be the focus for Tracy’s future success. It was the ability to see in others what they might not see in themselves – a desire to support others to be able to do what they didn’t know they could and to measure his success by what “others” get. That was the calling!

Outside of work, Tracy is a 25 year supporter and volunteer for Camp El Tesoro de la Vida – a grief camp for kids. He resides in Dallas, Texas and regularly travels around the USA in his “house on wheels.”
