A former Division I football player at the University of Nebraska, Tyler began his professional career as a strength and conditioning coach at Nebraska, Drake University, and TCU. While at TCU, he earned his master’s and later his doctorate, shifting his focus to developing leaders across campus.

He later transitioned into corporate leadership development at American Airlines, refining his skills in coaching, facilitation, and organizational strategy. With over 5,000 hours of coaching and facilitation experience, Tyler has delivered impactful sessions for leaders and teams at every level—from front‑line managers to senior executives—always tailoring his approach to meet the specific needs of the individual, team, and business.

As a Certified Facilitator in Emergenetics, Tyler brings deep expertise in helping teams understand how thinking and behavioral preferences shape communication, collaboration, and performance. He uses the Emergenetics Profile— research‑backed tool that reveals how people prefer to think (Analytical, Structural, Social, Conceptual) and behave (Expressiveness, Assertiveness, Flexibility)—to create shared language, reduce friction, and strengthen team dynamics.
