Alda Sigurðardóttir

COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT

Alda has worked with CEO’s, C-suite executives, and professionals in industries across the board. She has assisted clients from large corporations, small businesses, non-profit organizations and government agencies. She understands the nuances of stepping into leadership in various industries and how to get troubled teams back on track.

Alda is known for her approachable personality and growth mindset. At the same time, her coaching sessions are described as challenging, focused, and results oriented. Her experience in strategic planning allows her to get to the root of the problem quickly.

Alda started coaching professionally full time 2011, so she is one of the most experienced coaches in Iceland. She coaches both in Icelandic and English and has clients in 15 different countries.

Alda holds a dual degree in Political Science and Industry Relations from the University of Iceland and has an international master’s degree of Business Administration from Reykjavik University. She earned her executive coaching certification from Reykjavik University and Corporate Coach U. Alda holds Accredited Certified Coach certification from the International Coaching Federation, the largest international professional association of executive coaches.
