Béatrice, Bea to her acquaintances, says, “Developing collective awareness, accompanying teams, organizations and people: This is what drives me.” As an executive coach and trainer, Bea has provided individual, team and organizational coaching for clients. She has specialized in coaching on topics of cohesion, leadership, self-confidence, conflict management, successful reorganization, and defining and sharing a vision.

Bea’s multi-lingual talent is enhanced by her training specialties in the areas of developing leadership, active listening, rephrasing, assertiveness, and vision and commitment. She works with clients on improving communication, building a 360° communication strategy, defining and leading a digital strategy, digital
identity, change management and stimulating creativity.

Of particular note, is Bea’s expertise in welcoming and listening, questioning, comforting and confronting, regulating and managing conflicts, encouraging circularity, and support learning and autonomy.

As the Head of Transformation Support & Communication Europe from 2016-2019, she was in charge of the transformation of the Europe department via “corporate hacking” leaders groups, and the Collaborative Challenges Think Tank. Bea also served as the Community Manager for the CEO Europe (Twitter, Yammer) and coordinator of the Europe Communication Actors: Factories & Subsidiaries. She also serves as a volunteer with TEDx Saclay.
