Claas enhances the Black Sheep team by bringing his professional experience in the realm of project management, work flow optimization and implementation consulting. He has a vast and varied experience working on all management levels and with multi-national teams. His organizational development consulting, project management and project portfolio management lead both companies and individuals to greater success.
Of particular note is Claas’s specialization in inter-cultural project management, team development and conflict management. He brings to Black Sheep, his multi-lingual talent, as well as a strong history of coaching executives, project managers and large international groups, paving the way for their enhanced success as respected leaders.
Offering familiarity with in-person and virtual/online classroom learning, or in a blended learning format, Claas’s expertise leads clients through seasons of change to finding fresh, new approaches to navigating today’s quickly changing business climate.
When he is not engaged with helping clients evolve and succeed, you can find Claas enjoying time with his family, sailing, playing the bass, or just enjoying a good book.
