Dan has extensive experience providing course development, facilitation, and coaching services to various divisions of BMW. Some of them include MN Circle Senior VP and Direct Reports in Purchasing, MN-1, MN-7, MN-8, MN-20, Department Managers and their direct reports, Senior Management for Plant 10 & Plant 30, FG Division, PI Division, Financial Services, Shared Services (HR Region), Legal North America, Marketing & Communication, After Sales, VDC North America, Rolls Royce CEO and VPs, etc.

One of his major projects involved the iLead program, which was tailored specifically for BMW. Dan played a role in the design of the program and facilitated training delivery for over 1000 BMW leaders, from section leaders to CEOs, and Senior VPs.

Connecting with people across the world, either in a classroom, in the office, or out in the field is a passion of Dan’s. He encourages participants to bring their whole selves to the sessions he facilitates.

He holds a degree in business administration with a focus on leadership from Edison State College and has studied life/business coaching at the University of Miami. Dan is a Trained Facilitator of The Leadership Challenge® Workshop, a Certified Life & Business Coach by the University of Miami, a Certified Everything DiSC® Workplace Facilitator, a Five Behaviors® Accredited Facilitator, a The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety™ Certified Facilitator and Coach, and a Licensed Master Facilitator for the Positive Change Workshop. He was also one of the trainers for the Tyco Latin America Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Program and has taught as an MBA Professor for Life Coaching, Leadership, and Positive Psychology. Dan is also an international speaker fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish and he has facilitated workshops worldwide.
